Best to ask on
http://www.lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/projectbuilder-users.
The build log is in the panel directly below the build summary panel
(the one that has the "Build failed..." message. Basically look for the
splitter right above the blue line that has the build tab on it.
Wow... that is hard to explain...
From PB online help:
-----------
The Build Log
The build log pane (at the bottom of the Build pane) displays all the
commands used to build your target and the commands' output.
To choose the level of detail provided in the build log:
Choose Project Builder > Preferences, click Build, and use the
"Build log detail level" pop-up menu.
MInimal Logs displays the build's commands and any warnings or
errors.
Standard Logs also displays summaries of each command that Project
Builder executes.
Detailed Logs also displays the complete command line for each
command that Project Builder executes.

When I try to compile my project in Project Builder, I get an error in
the build area saying "Build failed (see build log for details)". It
doesn't say which file or anything, nor does it say where the "build
log" is. Where is the build log? Could it be a problem that I'm using
the beta of PB 2.0 (in the April 2002 dev tools)?
