Disabling anti-aliasing in an NSTextView - is it possible?

Is it possible to have an NSTextView display text that isn't anti-aliased? - Like TextEdit does when you choose "Make Plain Text". If not, how would I achieve this in a Cocoa application?

Regards,

Jake MacMullin
