Sure but it's not very elegant and useful when you just want to speak a NSString.

I'm 100% sure he mentioned a Cocoa API: 2 classes, 1 for Synthesis and 1 for Recognition.

Maybe they finally did not the make the cut to 10.2. But that looks strange.
