Andy Stone's article, though very helpful, is a little obsolete. In
particular, it describes a couple of difficult steps which he says are
necessary, but they aren't in fact necessary (and haven't been for quite
some time, as far as I know).
I'm referring in particular to his discussion of (1) the need (not true now)
to index the help book in the built application product as opposed to the
project's resource folder, and (2) the need (not true now) to set the type
and creator code of every individual help file to the values 'TEXT' and
'hbwr'.
