Unfortunately this is not currently possible with a standard window.
Window dragging is done in the window server rather than in your app,
for responsiveness and robustness reasons. Your app is told about
window moves, but does not control them.
Please file an enhancement request describing how you would like to
constrain the window moving. We have had various other requests for
gridding, etc.
Where should I report it ?
I suppose at
