IB Palettes

  • Subject: IB Palettes

I'd like to create an Interface Builder palette. This may be quite different from the tutorials in the books I've read, as my palette is for a concept that is based on a custom NSButtonCell subclass. I have everything in place, including my inspector, and my button idea appears in the palette in IB, but I cannot drag it into a matrix to replace existing cells. Is this impossible to do? (Should I make my palette for an object that is based on a custom matrix, instead?)

Take care,
Andrew Merenbach
