IB knows. Hover the mouse over an icon, and a "tooltip" will explain the warning to you.

Often this just means that something in a window lacks a target. Since not everything in a window needs a target, you can ignore that.

I would not turn the warnings off, though, if I were you. They have saved my butt many and many a time, mostly when creating a new outlet from a class and forgetting to hook it up. m.
