Default project bug?

When creating an IB palette, the xxxInspector.nib file has a subclass
of IBPalette, with a Greek letter (lambda? it's late), followed by, in
caps, ROJECTNAMEASIDENTIFIER (notice it's missing an initial P, for
some reason). The File's Owner should indeed by an IBInspector class
(but is not set as such by default), so I am led to believe that
there's a glitch in the creation of new IB palettes; should the project
name, followed by "Inspector," be the File's Owner class?
Take care,
Andrew Merenbach
