I know that rant was completely off-topic, but trying to put things in
perspective.
Mandatory smallpox vaccinations are a bad thing because of the death
rate involved.
I don't want anyone mandating that I be vaccinated when there is a
known percentage of people who die.
This is one of the many provisions that will probably be passed in this
"Homeland Security" bill.
Anyway, I'll be spanked for being off-topic, I'm sure.
