It's based on WO4.5 EOF.

With all this talk going on about about the benefits of EOF/Cocoa I'd like to ask if this allows me to have the benefits that you all talk about or will they only surface when EOF is tightly integrated into PB and IB?

At the very least, you won't be able to create associations in IB, which is a very big hurdle. Still I think it might be well worth using -- am planning myself to check as soon as I can afford spending the time.
