There is no public way to back and forth between a Cocoa menu and a Carbon
menu at this time. Some may point out a private hack way to do it, but you
use this at your own risk, and is subject to change in the future. I
suggest you file an enhancement request bug report asking for a public way
to do this. Also, just curious: what do you need this functionality for?
