Hi,

Are there any prototype strip chart widgets available? I would like to build
such a thingy for watching long running processes.

I can envision some kind of a custom view embedded in a scrollview, the
horizonal scroll bar would provide some history.

T'aint immediately clear to me what I should do when I run out of bits on
the right side of the view :).

A set of lightweight chart classes which has been ported to Cocoa is available here:

pplot.sourceforge.net

Don't know of it is exactly what you want, but you could give it a try.
