I think "Building Cocoa Applications" is the one by Mahoney and Garfinkel.
It isn't supposed to be terribly good.
"Cocoa Programming" by Anguish, Buck and Yacktman is a good book to get
after "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" by Hillegass, despite it having a
large number of typos.
