I got this same error after installing the (premature) Toast 5.2 that was
listed on versiontracker.com last week.

I removed the QuickTime component for VCD exports that Toast installs in
/Library/QuickTime/ and the errors disappeared.

I've downloaded the 'real' updater and it reinstalled the component called
"Toast Video CD Support.qtx" So I'll have to remove it again

Now if only I could find my CD key.
