Forcing Porject builder to use makefile?

Hi,

I want to make gui for unix command like tool. I'm not expirienced in unix software compiling.

I can compile unix command line tool using makefile(./configure and then make), but how could i cimpile the same project wiht project builder? I also want to add some cocoa(objective-c) stuff there.

Is it possible and how to accomplish this task?
