I'm was guilty of doing one of the things I'm trying to bitch about,
being too cryptic; what I mean by my statement is that much of standard
C is of little use to a Cocoa programmer, especially in the beginning.
Structs, for example. If there were a book that taught Cocoa and the
parts of C needed, _as_ they are needed, it would be a big boost to the
beginner. This I believe. And thanks for taking the time to respond,
and agreeing to some of my thought on this subject.
