In the case of "Learning Cocoa" they should have issued a total recall
and refunded everyone's money. And you should have demanded a
radically different mutt on the cover so your effort won't be mistaken
for the preceding dog! O'Reilly does offer a minor discount on your
book to those of us unhappy with the first edition--kludge--so I'll
probably spring for the thing at some point. Hope the discount doesn't
come out of your end, no doubt too small a percentage already. :-)
