For a list of published Cocoa books and recommendations, point your browser

http://www.cocoadev.com/index.pl?CocoaBooks. My personal suggestion is
that you start with "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" by Aaron Hillegass,
then read "Building Cocoa Applications" by Simson Garfinkel and Mike Mahoney
(I have read both and I think they are both worth owning), and after you've
acquired a solid grounding in Cocoa, move on to "Cocoa Programming" by Erik
M. Buck, Donald A. Yacktman, and Scott Anguish (Still working my way through
this one, it's a huge book; so far, so good).
