Oh. Thanks for the hint. A friend of mine asked me why his machine
would try to connect to the network all the time. I'll have to see if
he is running Mail ... :}
I guess 2000+ messages in a mailbox is just more than it can handle
gracefully.
Don't think so. I had about 16000 messages in cocoa-dev and it still
worked.
Besides, it's slow like hell
Yup. It is. That's why I move older messages to an archive mailbox. :-/
