Well perhaps if M$ threatened not to make the Office crap for Mac OS X otherwise...

Which would hardly happen. And it seems that Apple, whatever goddamned reason for, considers EOF not worth the effort for us plain small programmers. 'Course they might just opensource it, like NeXT did with Music Kit ages ago when they did not want to maintain it anymore, but well,
that was NeXT and this is Apple :(((
