Great hardcover AppKit (and Foundation) docs can be obtained quite
easily, as it turns out, using a process that involves the PDF version
of the docs, a laser printer, a hole puncher, and a three-ring binder.

online? Or even a whole or partial PDF rendering? A sample
chapter / class / whatever.
If anyone has acquired a copy, please post a "review".
