Communication over internet?

  • Subject: Communication over internet?

Greetings!

I have two applications, one is a very simple client application and the other is a very simple server application. Here is what I want to do, the user executes an action at work on their client application, and through a connection to the internet it would send that action to the server application that will exist at home.

I would also like a authentication feature where they have to enter their admin password on the server computer when they execute the action.

Can someone point me somewhere or give me some sample code?

Thanks!

Albert
