Then I would have to be chanelling the mental baggage of some other C++ programmer, since I know no C++. The question isn't one of baggage; it's a matter of whether the behavior of Objective-C matches the documentation. I have shown the evidence that it does not, and no one has shown me any evidence that it does. m.
