Rendezvous and the Picture Sharing app

Does anyone know why the Picture Sharing app crashes every time a
client connects to it? I built the Picture Sharing app as well as the
Picture Sharing Browser app unchanged from the
/Developer/Examples/Foundation/ projects folder, and yet it crashes.
Kinda hard to use it as example code when it doesn't work. :)
The sharing app successfully publishes it's service. It crashes just
after the Browser app connects and downloads the picture.
Can anyone help?
