Sam, Dave and Randy,
Glad you guys were able to add your info to the list. I hope it will
enable you to meet other Cocoa developers in your respective areas.

Dave and list,
On the edit page for the list of developers and what state there in, a
big
thing I found is that even though I changed the checkbox to tell the
wiki
that I didn't support tabs, it still failed to put them in correctly
and so
the text was all dorked when I viewed the edit.
So the solution I used was to copy the entire list into TextEdit which
does
support tabs, do my edit, then paste back into the edit field. Then
submit
my changes..... When I did this, everything worked correctly and my
edit
went in.
Thanks and maybe this information will help others as well,

I had some serious confusion putting in my entry but did get it to
work. Nice to hear that others had trouble too- I feel your pain! ;)
Dave in Livermore
..now I see that my entry isn't under the "silicon valley"
subdirectory and I have to go back and edit it ...*sigh*

Dave, I wanted to add my name to the list. I confess I had the same
reaction as Ben, but I did stick to it and made the edits. When I
tried to save, I encountered a permission problem and the changes did
not take effect. I am sorry that I did not record the message.
Your instructions below make it clear that editing the Wiki page is -
shall we say - counterintuitive. :-)
I will give it a try again.
Randy
Thanks.
