Startup App At Login

Finishing off wireless encryption app. How do I make it run automatically
on boot as if the person had run the Login panel and dragged it to the well?
For what I'm working on it is a requirement that the app always be launched.
Is there an ln -s I can put somewhere magic or does X.2 PackageMaker have an
option that is not apparent at first blush?

Thanks,
--Perry
