I personally would just use the Flash 5 support in
QT5/6, since you can then embed all the content other
than HTML. There are HTML renderers available in Carbon
and Cocoa, but they aren't as nearly 'feature-complete'
as IE/Omniweb/Mozilla/iCab/etc/etc...

What exactly do you need from this embedding of content?
If it is for a media/content viewer of simple design
that links into a network (Something like how
Morpheus/Kazaa works, with basic HTML display and built-
in content display)... then you can make do with QT5/6
and the Cocoa HTML renderers.
