[newbie] Getting mouseMoved events.

Sorry for the cross-posting, but I'm really in an emergency to get this working.

Can someone point me to an easy tutorial or code sample that helps me understand how to get mouseMoved events? I've tried using the window's setAcceptsMouseMovedEvents: method and the view's addTrackingRect:owner:userData:assumeInside: method but I haven't got it to work, and I'm confused at what extra stuff, if any, I need to do.

On a very related note, what coordinate system should the NSRect sent to addTrackingRect:owner:userData:assumeInside: be in?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Oscar Morales.
