Creating DMG that are compressed+encrypted+EULA

DMGMaker can only create compressed+EULA, but I want all three.
I would prefer a method that uses hdid or hdiutil or other command line
applications, since I want to automate it.
Something that requires parsing plist files is ok, since I will then
just tie them together with NSTask calls rather than a shell script.
Ideally I would like to attach an .rtf file (or even .rtfd package) but
raw text is fine.
I tried to look through the archives/google but found nothing.
