Apple uses Framemaker, presumably with some templates based on what came from NeXT. Autodoc will get you 99% of the way there. Headerdoc could be redone to output a different format since all of the information is there to use.

It looks really nice. I'm aware of HeaderDoc but it doesn't seem to be able to generate documentation in the same "style". I haven't been able to give AutoDoc a try yet because they seem to be having problems with their website. Please advise.
