.dsstore differences between 10.1.x and 2?

We're getting set to put our DMG together for release, and have discovered
something unpleasant. We've been using DMG Maker to create a DMG, added
files, used the finder to make the icons full size and add a background
image. Unfortunately, when we build them under 10.2, they look find under
10.2, but under 10.1.5 there's no background image and the icons are normal
size. Do the dstore files from 10.2 not work under 10.1.5?
