AddressBook: getting "address format"

Looking further into the AddressBook API (in Jaguar), I don't see
properties for the specified "address format" for a given address
(something you can designate through the Address Book app). Has anyone
found a way to get at this information programmatically through an
Address Book reference, or is this a feature specific to the app?
