Yes, I have been humbled by my own stupidity. Realizing you've just made a fool out of yourself after posting to a widely read and technically savvy mailing list brings about a moment of great clarity. :) Well anyway.... if you took the time to read the previously posted code you saw that i was taking the time interval between the start of one cycle and the end of one cycle to be the time between one cycle and the next... Obviously that's not correct, you could have a year in between cycles and my code would still return the same result... so... sorry to waste your time :P
