Hi,

where should one complain with incomplete Cocoa APIs? File a bug report? That seems to be the only way to communicate with Apple, but the form really is targeted towards bugs... If there is no other official way, I'll do that, but if there is an official way for this, I'd rather not abuse the bugreporter.

In the Bug reporter, there's a type of report named Enhancement. That might be the appropriate way.
