NSImageView Problem

Actually, I'm quite excited - have my first application in Cocoa going quite nicely. One small quirk that keeps buggin' me though: I've placed an NSImageView on my main window and I've dropped and image into it. It displays fine when testing the interface in IB. However, when I compile and run the program from PB, it will only display a blank image well.

What's up with that? Any ideas?
