I read this list like it's a newsgroup... I don't know what your problem is!
:-) I have my email client set up to automatically filter emails sent to
cocoa-dev into a separate folder from my Inbox, so I'm not dinged whenever I
get a cocoa-dev email and it doesn't interfere with the rest of my mail. I
also have the cocoa-dev folder sorted by conversation/thread. Whenever I
have a free moment I check the cocoa-dev folder and only read the threads
that sound interesting.

Most email clients support mail filtering rules... set it up! :-) If your
mail is on a *nix server then set up mh or procmail. Apple's Mail client
can read mh folders over imap[s].
