How to create a small web browser from WebCore?

How would one go about creating a really simple web browser (like just
putting the page into an NSView and leaving it at that) from the
WebCore released by Apple. Right now, the source code creates a
Framework,... see, because it would be good for those HTML editors to
be able to output to a small web browser in their own program instead
of having to launch IE, OmniWeb, Safari to view 'em all when you can
just use a lightweight Safari!
