The implementations of the Foundation and App kits in GNUstep
(http://www.gnustep.org) are very usable. You would need to recreate the
nibs, however, using GORM (the GNUstep clone of NeXT's InterfaceBuilder,
http://www.gnustep.org/experience/Gorm.html).
