Why were these missing from the Xserve?
Since you went through the trouble to run gdb, perhaps you could supply
a back trace? Supplying the nib in question would be a big help as
well.

and "Helvetica " were missing. I then copied them over from my iMac
box into /System/Library/Fonts, rebooted, and same problem. Still the
same console log error messages as shown above.
