Hi,
There were a number of students or learners of Cocoa that were emailing me about the iTangram source that I put on my site for download. For some reason some of them found it a useful learning experience, even without comments, and my poor naming conventions. I improved the iTangram to export puzzles, along with color preferences, and yes, I have now corrected the spelling of silhoutte to its proper spelling of silhouette!
There have been over 10,000 downloads of this simple little application. Perhaps because it is free. It was just something I wrote for my 5 year old son. There are users who are demanding a snap to feature while they are creating a puzzle, like the pieces cling to each other. If anyone can hack through my hack code and can come up with functions that will do this, please email me understanding that there is no money involved.
