The contextual help is great. It lets the users have some help that's between the terse one-liner of a tooltip, and launching the behemoth Help.app. I ended up using it in two of my apps (BorkPad <http://borkware.com/products/borkpad/> and BorkStitch <http://borkware.com/products/borkstitch/>) so far. The source is available if folks want to see it working in real (if small) apps. (it's easy to add. The main magic involved is a shell script, which Bill covers in his book)
