There's a free "Contextual Menu Workshop" framework here:

http://free.abracode.com/cmworkshop/>. I was thinking CMs were covered in
the recent Mac OS X Advanced Development Techniques book, but I can't find
them now. Maybe I'm thinking of a different book.
