How to: Save an Array into a File at a certain path?

Hi Y'all,
I am trying to save this array to the application support folder. The
problem is, I don't want the user to have to choose where to save it to
(as in needing dataRepresentationofType, right) ... I just want that
when a button is clicked, the array is archived and then saved into a
file at a path that I determine... But then, how could I reopen that
file when I need it? I hope I am being clear here
