Load Object without actions.

I've also create a Cocoa Application, with all the interface necessary, but if I create an Istance that receive an Action from an Object, then an Outlet to the NSComboBox, I can load the NSComboBox, but I want to load the NSComboBox at the application startup without actions.
How?

Please, can you send me an example?
