If you have a product available for Mac OS X, and it's not in the Macintosh Products Guide, please submit it!

Which brings up two questions:

1. Is the Macintosh Products Guide linked to Apple's Mac OS X Software Page[1], so that entries in one will appear in the other?

2. If not, then why does Apple have two different repositories for software?

I'm curious, because if they're not linked, then I don't see the reason to use both...

"That's a funny thing to promise. Well, you can't never let anything happen to him [Nemo]; then, nothing would ever happen to him." - Dory, from the movie "Finding Nemo"

[1] I'm talking about the page users get directed to when one chooses "[Download] Mac OS X Software..." from the Apple menu...
