Hi folks!

I want to read out the iTunesDB file from within cocoa, and I have no clue how to do that.

Is there perhaps some kind of a framework out there, or at least, a description of the used format?

As someone pointed out, the iTunes file format is a property list, but note that the iPod file format is in binary. Which one do you need? Me, I'd go with AppleScript to protect against file format changes, unless it's too slow.
