is it possible to place the title bar of the window at the left oft it ?

Yes, you can make custom windows of any type you like. I don't know the Cocoa way of doing so, but I'm sure someone else here can point you in the right direction. I've done it in Carbon by writing a custom window definition function, and I believe it's also possible (and possibly easier) to do it using Carbon Events.

Be aware that when you start making things that have major differences from the standard way of doing things, you will likely confuse your users and possibly generate tech support overhead. You didn't say what you're attempting to accomplish, so I can't really say whether it would be a good idea to do this or not in this case, but it's worth watching out for as you develop your program.
