XCode problem

Help!

Using a brand new OS 10.3 with newly installed XCode, all the projects I create return the following errors:

"dyld: /Users/steve/Desktop/one/build/one.app/Contents/MacOS/one Undefined symbols:
Foundation undefined reference to _objc_exception_set_functions expected to be defined in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ZeroLink.framework/Versions/A/ Resources/libobjc.A.dylib

one has exited due to signal 5 (SIGTRAP)."

Anyone know the cause of this? Reinstalling does not fix, and it has brought my XCode development to crashing halt.
