Unicode and XML parsing

  • Subject: Unicode and XML parsing

Hi everybody,

I'm dealing with iTunes XML database.
When I load it using NSString selectors, it seems it's not able to
comprehend that the file is encoded with UTF-8.
As a matter of fact, I obtain a lot of strange and badly encoded
strings, which are badly returned even into an NSTableView that
contains the names of all the playlists.
What am I doing wrong? I've tried to change various encoding into Xcode
but I get lost...

Thank you all.
