What does "DiskArbitrationRegister failed: 1102" mean

Whenever and build and run my project, I get the above message in the "Run" window of PB. My applications seems to run just fine. Does anyone know what this means, and is it serious? It only started to come up after I had repaired permissions on my machine as far as I can remember.

Thanks,

Don
